Accommodation

Storm Hut
The Storm Hut is a basic accommodation option, consisting of bunkrooms for up to 22, activity hall with fireplace, small kitchen and outdoor BBQ, and 2 separate amenities blocks. Located in the centre of the top property with everything close by, the Storm Hut is ideal as a central base to coordinate your activities or as a backup option should the weather prove unfriendly to your camping plans. Available for day use or overnight

Camping area
Camping is available almost everywhere at the top of the Lea. Whether tucked into the bush or in the open spaces, there is plenty of room for your group, whatever the size

Facilities

Activity Spaces
Several wide open spaces are available at the top of the property, perfect for wide games, pioneering challenges or large scale activities. The bushland is all open access so can be used for anything from bushcraft to camping, training exercises to team challenges.

Campfire Circles
The main campfire circle at the top of the Lea has plenty of seating and provides a perfect spot for a meeting point, discussion place or of course as a place to unwind around the fire at the end of an action packed day.

Rotunda
The rotunda contains a fire place, camp oven and pizza oven, and will soon boast a small camp kitchen. Another ideal meeting spot or place to unwind and socialise at the end of the day.

Activities

Low Ropes Course
The low ropes course is a perfect team building activity, and after a short induction by our trained staff can be run by your team leaders. With a range of difficult obstacles no higher than half a metre off the ground, the course requires cooperation, initiative and communication to complete successfully.

Abseiling Tower
Standing at an impressive 11 metres tall, the abseiling tower is a fantastic addition to any event. With a range of height options available, from the 2 metre training wall all the way to the top abseil, there is a challenge for everyone. Note: Gear is available to hire as part of the booking. The abseiling tower must be run by trained operators.

Flying Fox
Flying over 60 metres through the air at speed on our flying fox.

Tas Laser Skirmish
Tasmania's premier tactical outdoor laser game has a bush battlefield on-site at the Lea. An action-packed addition to your activity! Find out more here.

Archery
Van Diemen Archers practise on site at the Lea and can arrange a session with your group, find out more here.

Mountain Biking
Tracing its way through the bush, the downhill mountain bike track contains loads of jumps and obstacles and is sure to challenge. Assembled by the Dirt Devils Mountain Bike Club, the track is free to use as part of the site hire. Watch this space for even more developments on site.
